Registration Prerequisites
Motor Carrier Services issues various types of registration credentials depending on the carrier’s type of operation. The following may be required in order to obtain a vehicle registration:Registration Fee Payments
Payments of less than $100,000 can be made by credit card or electronic check online at https://crs.idaho.celtic-host.com, by check in U.S. funds payable to “State of Idaho” and mailed to the address on the invoice, by telephone with a credit card, or by scheduling an appointment at an in-person location listed above (check or credit card).Credit card payments will include a 3% service fee, electronic check payments online will include a $1 service fee.
Payments of $100,000 or more MUST be made online through the secure PayITD portal at https://apps.itd.idaho.gov/payitd. For more information please see our PayITD flyer or contact Motor Carrier Services.
